Abstract

Professional teachers will always try to improve the professionalism of himself through Continous Progress Development (CPD/PKB). Entering the era of Teacher Performance Assessment (TPA/PKG), CPD/PKB activity is required by a professional teacher in order to realize the best performance, because through CPD/PKB deficiencies and weaknesses in the TPA/PKG can be improved in time TPA/PKG next year. Through learning Office Administration, a vocation teacher of Office Administration Program can do a variety of activities in a sustainable manner developed professionalism, good self-development activities of those through training and collective activities in KKG/MGMP; can also through scientific publications to produce a variety of products; as well as the activities that produce innovative work. The third alternative is continuous professional development, both personal development, scientific publications, as well as innovative work, may have been a teacher in order to improve performance, so it can be done through the CPD/PKB ensured teacher performance can be increased from time to time. Thus a teacher can realize a good performance according to the demands of professionalism, the outcome indicators TPA/PKG high value and productive with a variety of works, both scientific publications and innovative work. Ultimately impact teachers can meet the specified performance standards for career development in the promotion and positions to high level
