Hubungan Discharge Planning Dengan Kesiapan Pulang Pasien Penyakit Jantung Koroner Di Ruangan Cvbc Rsup Prof Dr.r.d Kandou Manado

Abstract

: Discharge planning is very important to do in hospital. Ineffective of discharge planning will be impact to nursing proccess give to patient when they go hohe. The purpose of this analyze the assosiation between discharge planning and home readiness of patients with coronary heart diseasein the room of CVBC room RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. The method of research is use descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. The sampling technique in research is purposive sampling in amount 47 samples. The data collection was using questionnaires.Data processed using by program SPSS with chi - square test by significance level of 95% (ɑ = 0,05). The resultsof research by using analysis using chi-square showed there's relation of discharge planning withhome readiness (p=0,000). Conclusion there is an assosiation between discharge planning and home readiness patients of coronary heart disease at CVBC room RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado
