Research on Kinematic Parameters of Fast Pyrolysis of Wood Pulp in the Fluidized Bed Reactor

Abstract

Kinetic parameters (activation energy, Ea,i and pre-exponential factor Ai) play a crucial role in improving the performance of biomass Fast pyrolysis in fluidized bed rectors for bio-oil production There have been many experimental studies that investigate the kinetic parameters for biomass pyrolysis using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).However, it is noted that this method is only applied to low pyrolysis. In this paper, based on experimental studies on system of Fast pyrolysis of biomass capacity of 500 g/h and the method analyzed, the author has determined kinematic parameters of Fast pyrolysis reactor.The results show that the kinetic parameters of Fast pyrolysis wood pulp are Ea, g = 35,3 kJ/mol, Ag = 129 s-1; Ea, d = 43,9 kJ/mol; Ad = 1522 s-1; Ea, c = 20,8 kJ/mol; Ac = 21 s-1
