Abstract

: This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership style and organizational climate of schools on teacher performance in SMP Sub Rayon 04 Pontianak.Penelitian this kuantitatif.Variabel approach examined in this study include principal leadership style (X1), school organizational climate (X2), and teacher performance (Y). The results obtained in this study were: (1) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Pontianak sub Rayon 04 percent higher, reaching 80.10%, (2) school organizational climate have an impact on teacher performance in SMP sub Rayon 04 Pontianak by 66.59%, (3) the principal's leadership style and organizational climate schools together have an influence on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Pontianak sub Rayon 04 at 80.10%. This means that the style of school leadership and school organizational climate has an influence on the performance of junior high school teachers in sub Rayon 04 Pontiana
