This research aims to know the influence of partially between reward and punishment againts job satisfaction and Employee Performance that is applied in the Statistics Department of Bank Indonesia, Jakarta. This study use explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sample in this study is saturated sample amounting to 93 employees. The research instrument use a questionnaire and documentation. Analysis data used descriptive and path analysis. Reward have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This can be seen from the value of t statistics for 7.304 with a probability 0.000 (alpha < 5%). Punishment not significant effect on job satisfaction. This can be seen from the value of t statistics for 0.896 with probability -0.131 (alpha > 5%). Reward have a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of t statistics for 2.349 with a probability 0.021 (alpha < 5%). Punishment have a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of t statistics for 2.270 with a probability 0.026 (alpha < 5%). Job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of t statistics for 3.330 with a probability 0.001 (alpha < 5%)
