The thesis examines the causes and motives of crimes committed by refugees. The predominant types of criminals among this category of persons have been identified. It had the correlation between the increase in criminal activity and the influx of refugees in the country had been disproved.У тезах розглянуто причини і мотиви вчинення злочинів біженцями. Визначено переважаючі типи злочинців серед цієї категорії осіб. Спростовано взаємозалежність між збільшенням злочинності і припливом біженців в країні
