A Teoria Queer no combate à transfobia escolar: contribuições da Educação Profissional na perspectiva de uma Formação Humana Integral

Abstract

This work is a State of Knowledge, carried out in the Revista Brasileira de Estudos da Homocultura (REBEH), with the objective of investigating how transphobia is discussed in education and how Professional Education, in a perspective of Integral Human Formation, can contribute in the fight against school transphobia. We conclude that this topic is little discussed and, even so, in a very superficial way. In this way, articulating Professional Education from a conception of Integral Human Formation and in the light of Queer Theory is shown as a path that can contribute to the fight against school transphobia.Este trabalho trata de um Estado do Conhecimento, realizado na Revista Brasileira de Estudos da Homocultura (REBEH), com o objetivo de investigar como a transfobia é discutida na educação e de que maneira a Educação Profissional, com vistas à Formação Humana Integral, pode contribuir no combate à transfobia escolar. Concluímos que a temática é pouco discutida e, ainda assim, de maneira muito superficial. Nessa perspectiva, articular a Educação Profissional a partir de uma concepção de Formação Humana Integral e à luz da Teoria Queer se mostra como um caminho que tem muito a contribuir para o combate à transfobia escolar
