This study aims to determine the inter-ethnic associative interaction between students at MTS Miftahul Ulum Teluk Bakung. Associative interactions include cooperation and accommodation. This research is qualitative, where the researcher is directly involved in the research as an instrument of collecting and processing data related to the interaction of cooperation and accommodation. Research shows that there are forms of cooperation in the form of spontaneous cooperation, direct cooperation and tolerance. Associative interactions occur well among students of MTS Miftahul Ulum Teluk Bakung without discriminating against ethnicity. Students can interact well on the basis of a high tolerance attitude between students and the existence of the same goal in the group. Accommodation that occurs at MTS Miftahul Ulum is in the form of tolerance and mediation. Students respect each other regardless of ethnicity or certain groups for differences of opinion or actions so that collaboration between students in MTS Miftahul Ulum Teluk Bakung becomes easy without any obstacles. There is no coercion in the accommodation interactions that occur and students are directed to respect each other for differences
