Los servicios de salud en los establecimientos de la cuidad de Trujillo son precarios,
presentan diferentes problemas de infraestructura, calidad espacial e incluso espacios
deshumanizados, durante los últimos años se relucieron a raíz de la crisis provocada
por la pandemia COVID que llevo muchas vidas, considerando que la cuidad cuenta
con 6 Hospitales los cuales tres de estos cuenta con internamiento y los demás se
centran en especialidades básicas o de emergencia.
Muchos de estos problemas son repetitivos, que se deben tomar en cuenta al momento
de diseñar una infraestructura de salud y asi poder dar la mejor atención al paciente,
visitante, y personal médico. Englobando a todo tipo de usuario y no solo a uno en
específico.
La presente tesis evalúa toda esta problemática para proponer un nuevo hospital para
el Distrito de Trujillo, el cual cumpla con la infraestructura adecuada, calidad espacial,
que atienda la demanda establecida, con personal médico acto para todo tipo de
emergencia, con los espacios suficientes.
El Hospital Tipo II-2 para el distrito de Trujillo está dirigido a todo tipo de usuario que
requiera de atención de salud rápida o con internamiento; permitiendo atender la
demanda establecida.Health services in the city of Trujillo are precarious, presenting different problems of
infrastructure, spatial quality and even dehumanized spaces. In recent years, they have
been highlighted as a result of the crisis caused by the COVID pandemic, which has
taken many lives, considering that the city has six hospitals, three of which are
hospitalized and the others focus on basic or emergency specialties.

designing a health infrastructure in order to provide the best care to patients, visitors,

Trujillo, which meets the appropriate infrastructure, spatial quality, that meets the
established demand, with medical staff ready for all types of emergencies, with
sufficient spaces.
