Abstract

The paper presents the causes of the commutator serial motor failure shortly after it becomes operational. The repair was made after long-term use in hard conditions of exploitation, requiring a large current overload. Knowledge of the causes of the failure should be a warning against reducing the scope of the repair work.W artykule przedstawiono przyczyny awarii silnika komutatorowego szeregowego wkrótce po przeprowadzonym remoncie.
