Abstract

Elderly cancer cases increase in parallel with the increase in elderly population in the world and in our country. This requires all members of the health care team to know age-related physiological features and comorbidities in elderly cancer patients and to take these into account when planning care. It is important for nurses working in the field of geriatric oncology to follow the developments in this area and plan their care in this direction.
