The socio-educative measures characterizes themselves as service policies aimed at teenagers whom the law is in conflict with. During the internship measure, a game of pedagogical techniques enters the scene, anchored by the same juridic-correctional devices typic of freedom depriving spaces. In the present article, it was sought to discuss how a pedagogy of indifference was forged in the interior of a minority culture present in the adolescent care, at the time that an attempt was made to build borders around this pedagogical conception and the dream of a socio-education starting from another place. It’s about a theoretical-epistemological study, based on bibliographic references. Important aspects were delimited for the comprehension of the pedagogical techniques adopted in the socio-educative context, bond to the principles of resocialization and pathological conception of teenagers.Resumo: as medidas socioeducativas se caracterizam como políticas de atendimento voltadas aos adolescentes com quem a lei entra em conflito. Durante a medida de internação, um jogo de técnicas pedagógicas entra em cena, ancoradas pelos próprios dispositivos jurídico-correcionais típicos dos espaços de privação de liberdade. No presente artigo, buscou-se discutir como uma pedagogia da indiferença foi forjada no interior de uma cultura menorista presente no atendimento ao adolescente, ao tempo que intentou-se erguer fronteiras em torno dessa concepção pedagógica e o sonho de uma socioeducação a partir de um outro lugar. Trata-se de um estudo teórico-epistemológico, com base em referenciais bibliográficos. Aspectos importantes foram delimitados para compreensão das técnicas pedagógicas adotadas no contexto socioeducativo, vinculados aos princípios da ressocialização e da concepção patológica do adolescente.

Abstract: socio-educational measures are care policies aimed at teenagers in conflict with the law. During the internship measure, a set of pedagogical techniques, anchored in the same legal- corrective devices typical of spaces deprived of liberty, were applied. This article discusses how the Pedagogy of Indifference was established within a minority culture present in teenage care, considering the time when there was an attempt to build boundaries around this pedagogical conception and the dream of a socio-education from another place. The present study is theoretical-epistemological, based on bibliographical references. Important aspects were delimited for understanding the pedagogical techniques adopted in the socio-educational context, linked to the principles of resocialization and the pathological conception of teenagers.
