The object of the present is based on the product of exploratory studies about the conditions that are taken into account in the writing of books. For many professionals and even those with vast experience, this action represents something difficult, the main causes falling on the belief that they are not prepared to achieve it or do not have enough time, representing both criteria, considerations unrelated to reality, since writing the book represents capturing in a document, experiences and knowledge acquired in the course of life. This work is justified by the need for teachers and other professionals to receive motivational and methodological tools that allow us to socialize the experiences that we acquire daily in the development of the teaching-learning process. On the chosen theme, a considerable number of authors have provided significant contributions, all those consulted agreeing that, through a book, friendships are acquired, which in many cases, when reading the content of the work, see their needs satisfied, in addition to serving as a way that enhances the quality of life. The realization of the investigative activity taken into account to write this article demanded the revision of normative documents and the exploration, supported by the survey technique, achieving results that specify the need to provide ways to select the title and writing of the chapters of the book. , reaching conclusions that if taken into account can raise the motivations of teachers, as well as their scientific production.El objeto del presente tiene como base el producto de estudios exploratorios acerca de las condiciones que se tienen en cuenta en la redacción de libros. Para muchos profesionales e inclusive de vasta experiencia, consideran que dicha acción representa algo difícil, recayendo las principales causas en la creencia que no están preparados para lograrlo o no cuentan con el tiempo suficiente, representando ambos criterios, consideraciones ajenas a la realidad, ya que escribir un libro representa plasmar en un documento, experiencias y conocimientos adquiridos en el transcurso de la vida. Se justifica esta obra en la necesidad que tenemos docentes y otros profesionales de recibir herramientas motivacionales y metodológicas que nos permitan socializar las experiencias que a diario adquirimos en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Sobre la temática elegida un número considerable de autores han proporcionado aportes significativos, coincidiendo todos los consultados en, mediante un libro se adquieren amistades, las que en muchos de los casos al leer el contenido de la obra ven satisfechas sus necesidades, además de servir como una vía que, potencia la calidad de vida. La realización de la actividad investigativa tenida en cuenta para escribir este artículo demandó la revisión de documentos normativos y la exploración, apoyados en la técnica de encuesta, lográndose resultados que concretan la necesidad de proporcionar vías para seleccionar el titulo y escritura de los capítulos del libro, arribándose a conclusiones que de tenerse en cuenta pueden elevar las motivaciones de los docentes, así como la producción científica de estos
