Abstract
基于塑封10Gbit/s 850nm VCSEL(垂直腔面发射激光器)TOSA(光发射器件)在高低温下的P-I(功率-电流)特性,对10Gbit/s SFP+(增强版小型可插拔)短距离光模块的温度补偿进行了研究,提出了多次采样、计算,对不同温度分段匹配补偿系数的方法。实验数据和分析结果表明,该方法改善了光模块在全温(-4085℃)范围内的性能,提高了模块在同类工作环境下的指标一致性
