基于耦合H型谐振腔的双重Fano共振研究

Abstract
为了获得可调控的双重Fano共振效应并实现高灵敏度折射率传感,文章提出了一种H型谐振腔近场耦合含金属挡板的金属-电介质-金属(MDM)波导结构。采用有限元法分析了该波导结构的透射谱线对结构参数及填充介质折射率的依赖关系。计算结果表明,在尺寸为300 nm×300 nm的H型谐振腔结构中可以产生中心波长分别为810和1 350 nm的纵向及横向一阶谐振模式,两种谐振模耦合进入含挡板直波导将产生具有反对称线型的双重Fano共振透射峰。经拟合计算得到这两个非对称透射峰的折射率传感灵敏度分别为750和1 360 nm/RIU。该结构为片上集成的纳米级折射率传感器设计提供了有效依据
