云计算环境下的有源光缆耦合工艺优化

Abstract
AOC(有源光缆)耦合效率对云计算环境下的数据传输性能有着重要影响。文章针对云计算环境下AOC耦合效率低于75%展开研究,通过COB(板上芯片)技术,对目前AOC的生产工艺进行优化,所得多模粘装精度为±5μm,光损耗<1dB,耦合效率>90%。对该工艺下的VCSEL(垂直腔面发射激光器)位置进行了分析计算,首次得到VCSEL到光纤阵列的最大距离为117.68μm。结果表明,所采用的COB技术与45°反射面光纤耦合工艺能够满足低成本高效率的生产要求,提高了AOC的耦合效率,为大数据、云计算的进一步研究提供了思路
