Abstract
针对电流调制半导体激光器的信号有限时同步传输问题设计了技术方案。文章首先对电流调制半导体激光器的特性进行了理论分析。在此基础上,利用滑模控制方法设计了独特的滑模面和滑模控制器,完成了电流调制半导体激光器对目标信号的有限时同步传输。研究结果表明,该项技术不但能够保证电流调制半导体激光器在有限的时间内完成对目标信号的同步传输,而且通过简单调节滑模面中的参量便可控制滑模面收敛的快慢。同时,该项技术对目标信号没有任何限制
