<正> 1985年11月底,邮电部武汉邮电科学研究院光纤光缆研究室第二研究室,采用PCVD法(微波等离子体激活化学气相沉积法)研制单模光纤获得成功。单模光纤折射率分布为下陷包层阶跃型。包层掺F,沉积约1300层。芯层掺F和Ge,沉积约20层。在1.30μm波长衰耗≤1dB/km。截止波长在1.22—1.28μm波长范围。外径12
