Abstract

Se presenta una revisión sobre algunas consideraciones inmunológicas relacionadas con el rechazo en el trasplante de córnea, proceder de la trasplantología de alta efectividad y uno de los que más se ha utilizado en la última década. Se describen los resultados obtenidos por diferentes autores, los principales elementos y factores inmunológicos involucrados en el rechazo del trasplante corneal, las características propias y los privilegios que tiene la córnea para su profilaxis.Present paper is a review on some immunological considerations related to the rejection of corneal transplantation, the procedure of high effectiveness transplantation science and one of the more used in past decade. The results obtained by different authors are described, the main elements and immunologic factors involved in the rejection of corneal transplantation, the own features, and the privilege of cornea for its prophylaxis
