Geothermal water having low temperatures areknown to have many opprotunities of usage. Out of thesegeothermnal sources with temperatures higher than 300ºC, one of the most important usage is that of producingelectric power.On the University of Oradea, there is a tradition ofproducing electric power out of low temperaturegeothermal energy. We would like to mention, that untilnow we have used more appliances like this, having apower of 100 kW and 1 MW. These technical solutionswere patented.
