Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan bagi masyarakat ini ada dua hal, pertama adalah kecakapan bagi ibu-ibu tim penggerak pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga dalam penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia. Kedua adalah meningkatkan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK tingkat kelurahan dalam penyusunan proposal kegiatan. Secara umum, metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif dalm hal ini animo partisipasi ibu-ibu tim penggerak pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga di tingkat kelurahan khususnya Kelurahan Kampung IV Kota Tarakan. Pendekatan ini berorientasi pada upaya peningkatan dan skill. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, maka ada lima tahapan, yakni identifikasi, pendekatan people center, parsiapan, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari program kemitraan ini terlihat bahwa antusiasme ibu-ibu penggerak pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga dalam keikutsertaan sebagai peserta, meskipun penyusunan proposal kegiatan kelihatan mudah, namun kaidah penyusunan proposal harus sesuai dengan Bahasa Indonesia yang baku. Indikator keberhasilan program ini terihat dari dua hal, pertama penggunaan bahasa pada judul proposal, bahwa peserta berhasil memilih penggunaan Bahasa yang tepat. Kedua adalah pemilihan kata yang tepat yang dituangkan dalam draft proposal yang telah dipresentasikan. Abstract: Implementing this partnership program for the community is two things; the first is the skills for the mothers of the family welfare empowerment team to use Indonesian. The second is to improve the skills of PKK women at the village level in preparing activity proposals. In general, the method used is participatory. In this case, the team's mothers' interest drives the empowerment of family welfare at the village level, especially the Village IV of Tarakan City. This approach is oriented towards improvement efforts and skills. There are five stages to achieve the expected goals, namely identification, people centre approach, preparation, and implementation. The results of this partnership program show that the women's enthusiasm drives the empowerment of family welfare in participating as participants; even though the preparation of activity proposals looks easy, the rules for preparing proposals must follow standard Indonesian. Indicators of the success of this program can be seen from two things, firstly the use of language in the title of the proposal, that the participants succeeded in choosing the correct language use. The second is selecting the right words as outlined in the draft proposal that has been presented.
