Pengaruh Keadilan Distributif dan Prosedural terhadap Kesejahteraan dan Kepuasan Kerja Serta Keinginan Mogok Kerja Karyawan Industri Tekstil di Eks Kresidenan Surakarta
This research is aimed at, among others, analyzing and testing the influence ofprocedural and distributive justice on the job satisfaction and desire for strike ofthe textile labor industry in ex Karisedanan Surakarta). The procedural anddistributive justice has related to job satisfaction and potency to desire for strike.The hypothesis is tested with method SEM which is assisted by AMOS and SPSSprogram. Found that procedural justice variable and prosperity variable don'thave influence to desire for strike, however procedural and distributive justicehas positive impact and significant to job satisfaction, and has negative impactto desire for strike.Keywords : Organisational Justice, welfare, job satisfaction, strik
