Pengaruh Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dan Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Price Book Value (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2010-2013)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of significant either simultaneously or partially between the Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio to Price Book Value at the company's sub sectors of food and beverages listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia period 2010-2013. The independent variable are Return On Equity (ROE), and the Net Profit Margin (NPM), which is a calculation of profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (lder) which is a calculation of the capital structure, while dependent variable is Price Book Value (PBV), which is a calculation of the firm value. This study is quantitative research explanatory by using purposive sampling technique in sampling and acquired 17 companies from 20 companies. Analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression model. The result showed that simultaneous ROE, NPM, DER, and LDER has positive signifikan effect on PBV, while partially ROE and NPM has significant positive effect on PBV, and DER and LDER has not significant effect on PBV
