Abstract

The purpose of this journal the writers to discussed one of the problems the criminalization of incest in the perspective of criminal law reform. The purpose of writing this journal to analyze, describe the significance and criteria of incest, the basic consideration and review of the urgency of efforts to criminalize the act of incest addition, to analyze and conduct formulation of norms setting incest in ius constituendum which correspond to the sense or the values ​​of justice to provide a solution and improvement in the criminal law policy formulation is ideal in criminal law reform.
