Kajian Perkembangan Guna Lahan Terkait dengan Perdagangan dan Industri Batik di Desa Trusmi Kulon, Plered, Kabupaten Cirebon

Abstract

Trading activities may give effect to the surrounding environment, especially in terms of land use. Trusmi Kulon village is a tourist village of batik, which has a number of showroom of 45 showroom. The activity had an impact on land use in the Village Trusmi Kulon. Trusmi Kulon village into a tourist village batik less regular and high density environments. It can be seen from the condition of the building and the traffic flow is pretty solid which resulted in poor circulation. This study aims to assess the development of trade and related land use in the batik industry Trusmi Kulon village, Plered, Cirebon regency. The method used is quantitative methods with techniques of quantitative descriptive analysis and correlation to examine the relationship between two variables. The results found that there was a closeness of relationship between variables with the addition of additional employment land awakened by rs value close to 1 (perfect correlation), which is 0.930. Evidenced by the results of the questionnaire have awakened the addition of land area 71% or the percentage of land area 1421 m2 woke increases. Expansion of the building by 74% or undergoing expansion and building of new 1055m2 building by 26% or 366m2. On the addition of variable labor with land use change function does not have a close relationship with the value of rs away from 1 (perfect correlation) which is -0.414. Function of land use change occurs at 61% or 55 buildings. Function of land use change occurs in the majority of settlement / residence to settlement / habitation and batik showroom at 60% or 35 buildings, while the smallest changes in land use of paddy / vacant land into batik showroom at 2% or 1 building
