The purpose of this study is to describe the coaching is done on the kindergarten head teacher discipline in planning learning in kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method qualitative approach. Based on the results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The head of kindergarten provides guidance and explanation to teachers in kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak on the preparation of PROTA, PROMES, RKM and RKH, (2) every teacher is required to conduct learning in accordance with RKH, head of kindergarten review, monitor, and provide an assessment of the teacher's performance in carrying out its duties, (3) the Head of kindergarten Canisius North Pontianak provide an appeal, guidance and appreciation to teachers regarding the evaluation of learning that have been implemented, and (4) did the head coaching technique Canisius North Pontianak kindergarten through several activities such as seminars, KKG, classroom visits, and personal meetings expected to make a schedule for teachers to follow the discipline of coaching activities
