Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum Diploma III Keperawatan

Abstract

This study aimed to gain insight how well the implementation of the Diploma Nursing Program curriculum competency-based program planning in curriculum development, implementation of learning, and the achievement of competence in the learning outcomes of students of Department of Nursing Polytechnic Tanjungkarang Ministry of Health.The study used a research evaluation of the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model or research-oriented goals. Subjects in this study included all nursing lecturer totaling 42 people. The variables of this research is the development of curriculum planning, implementation of learning, competence and student achievement. Methods for collecting data using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative research
