: Peer Tutoring to Improve the Learning Process and Achievement. This classroom action research was intended to implement peer tutoring as the teaching strategy to improve the competence of the students taking a Kindergarten Learning Plan course. Carried out in two cycles, the study involved students of Early Childhood Teacher Education of Padang State University. The data collected through observation, questionnaire, and test were quantitatively analyzed to find out the mean score as well as the percentage.
