Kontribusi Manajemen Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru Dalam Mengelola Proses Pembelajaran Dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VII MTs Mu'allimin NW Pancor

Abstract

This study aims to find the contribution of "principal management (X1), the performance of teachers in managing the learning process (X2), and student motivation (X3) on social study learning outcomes (Y) partially and simultaneously. The population was 165 students of class VII MTs Mu'allimin NW Pancor. 125 people were decided to be used which in line with Morgan and Krejcie Cv and proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires for X and documentation for Y, the data were analyzed with simple regression. The results show: (1) there is a significant contribution of X1 on Y (F obs = 48,556 > Fcv = 3,920), (2) there is a significant contribution of X2 on Y (F obs = 50,756 > F cv = 3.920), (3) there is a significant contribution of X3 on Y (F obs = 52,505> F cv = 3,920), and (4) there is a significant contribution simultaneously of X1, X2, and X3 on Y (F obs = 38,784> F cv = 3,920), determinants of 40,90%, X1 effective contribution = 10,90%, X2 effective contribution = 16,20%, and X3 effective contribution = 21,90%. Based on these findings it is concluded that there is a significant contribution partially and simultaneously between X1, X2, and X3 on Y class VII MTs Mu'allimin NW Pancor
