Model Bisnis Kemitraan Budidaya Ikan Lele Burma (Clarias Gariepinus) Untuk Menghasilkan USAha Yang Berkelanjutan

Abstract

: Catfish is one type of freshwater fish farming which demand is constantly increase. UD Ulam Jaya Mandiri (UJM) is a medium scale unit of catfish farming located in the village of Mbiru, Singosari, Malang. The high level of demand for catfish which is not offset by increased production, make them fail to fulfill market needs. UD UJM plans to organize programs in partnership with farmer catfish around that location. This program aims to meet the needs of the market and the optimization of production. This study was conducted to analyze the suitability of the partnership plasma core model, as selected partnership model in catfish farming business to generate sustainable business. The purpose of this study was to determine the general idea of Burma catfish farming conducted, to know the model of partnerships how to meet market demand and to determine strategies UD Ulam Jaya Mandiri in creating a sustainable business. The results of applied research it was found that the plasma core partnership model proven to increase productivity catfish and able to meet the market demand well. In addition, by using this partnership model is able to improve the relationship between the core company and the plasma company. Keywords: core plasma, catfish, UD UJ
