Pengaruh Disiplin Pegawai Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Kelurahan Di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau

Abstract

Various rumors about performance of the village apparatus at Tanjung Redeb subdistrict has encouraged the author to undertake the study, entitled "Influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Tanjung Redeb Villages ,Tanjung Redeb Subdistrict, Berau District". This study aimed to examine whether there were partial or simultaneous effect of the independent variables, discipline and work environment, on the dependent variable, employee performance. The data were obtained by questionnaires and supplemented with available secondary data .. This study used simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression and correlation analysis from SPSS version 16. The results indicated a positive and significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. The value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of the independent variables on employee performance amounted to 91.5%
