: Fluoralbus is not a disease but a sign of symptoms of a disease of the female reproductive organs, but this whitish problem if not treated immediately will cause serious problems. Predisposing factors of fluor albus, among others, include age, marital status, parity, menstrual cycle, contraceptive methods, history of reproductive disorders, educational status and working status. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of women with fluor albus in the hospital district pekalongan 2014. This research is descriptive. The use of the sample using a total population of 49 respondents. Data collection tool using a check list. Results of the study the characteristics of women with fluor albus techniques anamnesa is mostly (61.2%) respondents aged 20-35 years, the majority (77.6%) of respondents are married, nearly half (42.9%) of respondents who experienced fluor albus is multiparous, more than half (53.1%) of respondents fluor albus with irregular menstrual cycles, almost half (42.9%) of respondents fluor albus using hormonal contraceptives, more than half (55.1%) of respondents who experienced fluor albus did not have a history of reproductive disorders, almost half ( 34.7%) junior high school education, and more than half (65.3%) of respondents who have not worked fluor albus. Expected that all women can detect the early presence of fluorine albus or symptoms of infection inflammation of the reproductive organs so as to prevent complications arising from fluorine albus with more attention to the healthy way of life, such as pay attention to personal hygiene, consult early with a pap smear / iva test
