Abstract

The current dynamics regarding agrarian policies should give wider opportunities for the preparation of implementing the agrarian reforms. Parliament decrees and other laws or regulations are merely doorways in for the implementation of agrarian reform. However, that door must be entered so that the opportunity will be wider for the preparation of various new drafts of policy, which will then be followed by extensive political commitment and development of government tools capacity to execute the agrarian reform which favors the people.
