Abstract
Several drug-related problems potentially occur in children having antituberculostatic therapy. Polypharmacy and long duration of therapy are risk factors. These can lead to multidrugs resistance, increasing cost of the therapy, and even an adverse drug reaction can occurs. The roles of pharmacist on tuberculosis (TB) therapy in children is by resolving drug related problems, starting from identifying drug-related problems on the TB therapy in children. Pharmacists have responsibilities to increase health quality of the TB children, and to achieve positive clinical outcome.
