This study has employed the Technology – Organization – Environment model (TOE model) to examine factors affecting adoption and continuous usage intention of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This study uses covariance-based SEM (CB-SEM) with 155 observations collected from Danang tourism companies which have been using ICT. The result shows that perceived usefulness, compatibility of technology, senior management support, organizational readiness, competitive and customer pressure have positive impacts on ICT adoption intention. Besides, only three factors including perceived usefulness, senior management support and customer pressure have positive impacts on ICT continuous usage intention. Therefore, several practical and theoretical implications have been proposed and discussed
