Sidoarjo mud, or commonly known as the lapindo mud, which occurred in May 2006, make activities of the community in 3 districts around the mudflow became paralyzed. Lapindo mud actually contains the silicates (SiO2) and lime (CaO) that quite high and classified of pozzolanic. Beside that, lapindo mud classified to hazard waste too because it contains heavy metals such as timbale (Pb) 35,41 ppm and copper (Cu) 21,9 ppm. Solidification technique is a technique to changes physical and chemical character of hazard wastes within addition fastener compounds, so can inhibited the movement of hazard wastes and form a bond with a monolithic mass of muscular structure. In this research, using 10 variations of addition lapindo mud to be used as a mixtureof paving blocks, which is 5 variations (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) is the substitution of cement, and 5 variations (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) is the substitution of sand. After the solidification process, variation of 30% lapindo mud substitution cement, obtained quality of compressive strength 408 kg/cm2, water absorbtion of paving block 10,17% and the leachate of Pb and Cu parameters below 0,03 ppm and cost for making paving block decreased from Rp 1.302,86 per each become Rp 1.059,40 per each
