Pembelajaran Ritmik Melalui Media Alat Musik Berbasis Lingkungan Untuk Siswa Kelas VI Di SD Labschool Upi

Abstract

The study, entitled “Rhythmic Learning by Environment-Based Music Instrumental Media for Grader VI of SD Labschool UPI. This study focuses on problems including material taught, method used, and rhythmic learning performance in SD Labschool UPI. Method being used in this study is analytical descriptive by qualitative approach. The method is used to explain and describe, as well as analyze rhythmic learning phenomena. The research data were collected by means of observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Those data are processed and, subsequently, analyzed to get understanding and meaning necessary to solve problems available on the study question. The field findings suggest material teaching place more pressure on simple rhythmic design using environment-based music instrumental media. The learning method used is not only fixed in one method, but rather there are some variations of methods in use. They are speech, demonstration, imitation (Kodaly), drill methods. The methods are considered to make learning have more variations, and rhythmic learning performance using environmental instrument by means of learning taught and method set is expected to have impact on student sensitivity to rhythmic sense, stability of tempo, and attention to environment
