The background of this research is how the influence of climatic conditions BPS and the organization of job stress experienced by employees against their performance. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of organizational climate of BPS and job stress simultaneously on employee performance, to analyze and explain the influence of Organizational Climate of BPS on employee performance and to analyze and explain the effects of job stress on employee performance. This study uses research an explanation (explanatory research) using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is sampling saturated. This study used a questionnaire with a number of respondents as many as 39 employees of the Badan Pusat Statistik. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, analysis multiple linear regression and classical assumption test including normality test, multikolinieritas test and heteroskedastisitas test, then to test the hypothesis, F test and t test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that organizational climate of BPS and job stress simultaneously influence on employee performance with the Sig 0.00 < 0.05. Partially the result of organizational climate of BPS variables partial effect on employee performance with the Sig 0.00 < 0.05.While job stress variable partially no effect on employee performance with the Sig 0.173 > 0.05
