Abstract

: Effectiveness of the Indonesian Labor Insurance Programme (TKI) as the fulfillment of the TKI Rights Efforts (Study On Services Technical Unit Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers Surabaya): Permenakertrans No. 07 of 2010 on insurance workers are government regulations in providing protection for Indonesian Workers (TKI) abroad. UPTP3TKI Surabaya is the government agency in charge of providing services, placement and protection of migrant workers working abroad. focus of research (1) Implementation of the program conducted by the TKI Insurance Insurance Consortium workers under the supervision of UPT P3TKI Surabaya, (2) effectiveness of the program as a form of protection insurance workers P3TKI Surabaya Unit in fulfilling the rights of workers, and (3) factors that influence the effectiveness of insurance program workers in Surabaya P3TKI UPT. By using qualitative research with a descriptive approach, this study aims to determine, describe and analyze the effectiveness of the protection program of Indonesian Workers (TKI) which is issued in the form of Permenakertrans Number 07 Year 2010 regarding insurance workers
