La presente tesis concibe como problema general ¿De qué forma el desempeño laboral de los
trabajadores influye en la gestión de almacén de la empresa TXI Estilo S.A.C. en el año 2018?
Asimismo, el objetivo general es demostrar cómo el desempeño laboral influye en la gestión de
almacén de la empresa TXI Estilo S.A.C. en el año 2018. Se consideró como hipótesis que el
desempeño laboral de los trabajadores influye significativamente en la gestión de almacén de la
empresa TXI Estilo S.A.C. en el año 2018.
La investigación es básica, de nivel descriptivo-no experimental. Estuvo compuesta por una
población de 21 trabajadores de la empresa. Las técnicas para la compilación de datos fue la
encuesta y se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario, fue validada por tres expertos y con la
confiabilidad a través de la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0.929 de confiabilidad.
Para el procesamiento estadístico se empleó el programa MS Excel v. 2013 e IBM SPSS v. 22.
La prueba de hipótesis se realizó con el Rho de Spearman indicando 0,809 de correlación entre
ambas variables con 0,000 de significancia, existiendo una correlación positiva considerable.
Concluyendo que se demostró que el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores influyó
significativamente en la gestión de almacén de la empresa TXI Estilo S.A.C. en el año 2018. De
tal manera existe una correlación positiva media de 0.618 lo que permite afirmar que, si aumenta
el nivel de desempeño laboral, existirá una mejor gestión de almacén.The present thesis conceives as a general problem How does the work performance of workers

Likewise, the general objective is to demonstrate how work performance influences the warehouse
management of the company TXI Estilo S.A.C. in the year 2018. Consider as a hypothesis that the
labor performance of the workers influences the warehouse management of the company TXI
Estilo S.A.C. in the year 2018.

was used as an instrument, it was validated by three experts and with reliability through the
Cronbach Alpha test with a value of 0.929 reliability. The MS Excel v program was used for
