En este texto se muestra como en el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ADC), subyace una teoría del lenguaje, en ese sentido, en él se desarrollan elementos sugerentes alrededor del lenguaje, sus funciones y las propiedades textuales. En la segunda parte se desarrolla lo referente al ACD, mostrando los principales aspectos teóricos de este enfoque. Finalmente se presentan una serie de conclusiones, no solo en lo concerniente con el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ADC), sino de las relaciones que se tejen entre este enfoque y una teoría del lenguaje como sistema semiótico, donde el contexto juega un papel indispensable.This text is displayed as Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), lies a theory of language, in that sense it is developed around the language suggestive elements, functions and textual properties. In the second part takes place with regard to ACD, showing the main theoretical aspects of this approach. Finally, we present some conclusions, not only taking into account the critical discourse analysis (CDA), but the relationships that are forged between this approach and a theory of language as a semiotic system, where the context plays an indispensable role.Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educació
