In line with the context of Cuban society, a civic-legal training, both individual and social, is of vital importance. The objective of this article is to share the importance of legal institutions of the Cuban judiciary system and the different legal services provided by the aforementioned institutions, which have been deeply undermined over time. In order to foster the legal culture of children, adolescents and young people at all levels of education as part of their general and comprehensive culture, students must know the basic elements of the national and international legal system, the duties and rights of citizens and the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba. The educational practice of the university has identified shortcomings in this regard, conditioned by the lack of information on Criminal Law by students and society in general.En las condiciones actuales que vive el país, es de vital importancia una formación cívico-jurídica, tanto individual como social. El objetivo del presente artículo está dirigido a divulgar la importancia de las entidades jurídicas del estado cubano y el conocimiento de la prestación de los servicios jurídicos por las diferentes instituciones jurídicas, los que le han resultado fuertemente menoscabados con el transcurso del tiempo. Para elevar la cultura jurídica de los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes en todos los niveles de educación como parte de su cultura general e integral, los estudiantes deben conocer los elementos básicos del ordenamiento jurídico nacional e internacional, los deberes y derechos ciudadanos y la Constitución de la República de Cuba. La práctica educativa de la universidad descubre insuficiencias en este aspecto, condicionadas por la carencia de información sobre el Derecho Penal que mantienen los estudiantes y la sociedad en general
