Management students from universities that are affiliated to the Islamic religion must understand the verses from the Qur'an that explain zakat. In bilingual learning, the first language or in the case of zakat regarding Surah At-Taubah verse 60, Arabic will be a source of interference and errors if there are significant differences between different languages. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The data was obtained by giving a test in the form of questions about interlingual translation to five management students who were chosen randomly in order to determine the level of understanding of Surah At-Taubah verse 60. The questions given were 8 types of zakat recipients according to the explanation by Zakky and Djayusman (2018) for translated, namely faqir, masakin, amil, Mua'alafah Qulubuhum, riqab, gharim, fi sabilillah and ibn sabil. All students managed to answer 8 questions about the recipients of zakat as stated in Surah At-Taubah verse 60 correctly interlingually so that the level of student understanding was successful.Kata Kunci:  At-Taubah; Interlingual; Management; dan Zaka

INTRODUCTION Management students from universities that are affiliated to the Islamic religion must understand the verses from the Qur'an that explain zakat. This understanding cannot be separated from the ability to analyze interlingual translations because of the combination of Arabic as the source language and Indonesian as the target language. With regard to zakat, management students must understand that the role of Islamic economics is global. The purpose of Islamic economics is to apply the values of integrity, credibility, faith and piety [1]. Zakat is a big thing because it is one of the 5 pillars of Islam. If the pillars are not upheld, the Islamic building will not be able to be built in the sense that the Muslim title is only limited to being listed on the identification card. The other pillar is the Shahadah; Salat; Shaum; and Hajj [2]. The command to issue zakat is contained in approximately 82 verses in the Qur'an. Zakat consists of 2 (two) kinds, namely Zakat Mal (wealth) and Zakat Fitrah (soul) [3]. Before paying zakat, Muslims must ensure three criteria that must be understood in the form of conditions regarding asset type, haul and nisaf [4]. Issuing zakat assets can also strengthen the relationship between humans and God. Wealth that is issued by syara' will continue to grow and dispel zakat payers from humiliation and perish. In Surah At-Taubah verse 103 it is explained that the zakat assets issued will cleanse and purify Muslims [5]. The distribution of zakat as a way to eradicate poverty and economic inequality for Muslims in totality is to carry out the commands of the Prophet Muhammad as should the practice of Surah Al-Hasyr verse 7 so that the distribution of zakat is not accepted only by the rich [6]. Priority in the application of Najihatul Faridy, Allif Syahputra Bania   129  Islamic law regarding recipients of zakat for people who have no enough wealth (the needy), poor people, slaves, people who are in debt and ibn sabil [7]. In Ali et al. [8] explained that Surah At-Taubah verse 60 discusses the eight groups who are entitled to receive zakat according to Islamic law. Here is an excerpt from the verse in Indonesian: “Sesungguhnya zakat itu hanyalah untuk orang-orang fakir, orang-orang miskin, pengurus-pengurus zakat, para muallaf yang dibujuk hatinya, untuk (memerdekakan) budak, orang-orang yang berutang, untuk jalan Allah, dan orang-orang yang diwajibkan Allah. Dan Allah lagi Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.” The eight types of people who are entitled to receive zakat as stated in the Surah At-Taubah verse 60 above are: 'Fakir/Faqir' are people who do not have enough wealth; 'Miskin/Masakin' is a person who has no property or source of income; 'Pengurus Zakat/Amil' are collectors and distributors of zakat; 'Muallaf/Mua’alafah Qulubuhum’ is a person who is seen by the state where if given zakat there are benefits to strengthen oneself as a Muslim; 'Riqab’ is a slave who is given zakat to free himself; 'Gharim' are debtors who are unable to repay; 'fi sabilillah' is a person who fights for the defense of Islam; and 'Ibn Sabil' was the one who ran out of provisions on the way [9]. Zakat has a function as a means of redistribution of income in order to prosper human resources and increase the level of the economy in Indonesia and other Muslim countries [10]. In 2019, the potential for zakat reaches Rp. 233.8 trillion in Indonesia as the largest Muslim majority in the world [11]. Zakat institutions must consider the CEO in its administration regarding profiles such as professional, understanding, quality and good character. Good management will put a better interest in zakat for Muslims because of the high trust between zakat givers and zakat institutions [12]. Paying zakat is an obligation for Muslims to fulfill religious orders. The problem that arises in the collection and distribution of zakat in implementing institutions is the incompatibility of the amount of existing zakat funds with the potential of zakat. This is due to factors of service, income, faith and understanding. Interest in paying zakat for Muslims is strongly influenced by knowledge of zakat to understanding and the image of zakat institutions. Because understanding is one of the important factors, management students have a big role in strengthening their ability to understand interlingual translations of references to verses of the Qur'an regarding zakat [13]. Basically, bilingual languages, such as Arabic and Indonesian, have the ability to keep each other's language separately [14]. Although this concept is named second-language acquisition, may also incorporate learning a third, fourth, or subsequent language. So it is valid that the interlingual discussion to understand the problem of zakat combines Arabic from the Qur'an, Indonesian as the daily teaching language for management students and English as a third language which is needed for writing this international proceedings [15]. The definition of interlingual translation is translation between at least two different languages that are written because what is orally is interpreting. So written and oral forms are the essence of the difference between translating and interpreting. The understanding of Surah At-Taubah verse 60 for management students is included in the scope of using the interlingual translation approach. Interlingual understanding for management students regarding terms related to zakat in Surah At-Taubah verse 60 is very necessary to know the meaning of eight people who are entitled to be given zakat. RESEARCH METHOD This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The data was obtained by giving a test in the form of questions about interlingual translation to five management students who were chosen randomly in order to determine the level of understanding of Surah At-Taubah verse 60. The test is a series of questions that have been planned to measure the level of understanding and intelligence of individuals and have an answer key held by the researcher. The questions given were 8 types of zakat recipients according to the explanation by Zakky and Djayusman [17] for translated, namely faqir, masakin, amil, Mua'alafah Qulubuhum, riqab, gharim, fi sabilillah and ibn sabil. Questions are given via the WhatsApp application and the time limit is 40 minutes on 27 September 2021. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive using three research activities, namely Data Reduction, [18]Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/ Verification [19].  3. RESULT AND DISCUSSION  The tests given to the sample are classified based on their level of understanding regarding the success of answering questions with a score obtained so that the higher the score produced, the more understanding of the recipients of zakat in Surah At-Taubah verse 60 interlingually. The level of understanding will be considered successful if each test is successfully answered correctly by 3 students from a total of 5 research objects or above 50%. If the object of research from management students who answered correctly is less than 3 people or below 50%, then the level of understanding is not successful. Alhamdulillah, hopefully the results obtained from the analysis of data from this research will bring a glimmer of scientific light to students as the nation's successors so that in the future they can carry out the zakat mandate according to procedures and be able to overcome the level of poverty to be at the level of welfare. 4. CONCLUSION The level of interlingual understanding in Surah At-Taubah verse 60 is understood successfully by management students of UIN Ar-Raniry in 2021. Hopefully in the future, this research will contribute and have an impact to continue to be developed outside of management students so that all Muslims can understand about zakat Because zakat is a pillar of Islam.
