From Practical to On-Line Learning: Leadership Style on Virtual Exhibition

Abstract

The global Covid-19 pandemic has shifted the education system and pushed its boundaries on the delivery of instruction. Educators are forced to change and adapt the new system which involves non face-to-face interaction thus disrupted the method of delivery especially for the practical subject. This research focused on the leadership style for a virtual exhibition project. 81 participants were involved for this research. A quantitative approach was used as a method for data collection where questionnaires were distributed to the participants to analyse the leadership style of the group leaders. The outcome showed that the flexible leadership style was employed by the group leaders during the virtual exhibition project in an online learning setting.
