El trabajo presenta el análisis comparativo del comportamiento energético-ambiental de prototipos de vivienda de interés social desarrollados por Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano (IPVyDU) para la provincia de Tucumán. El trabajo enmarcado en un convenio suscripto con el mencionado organismo, tiene como objetivo la definición de modelos prototípicos de viviendas adecuadas a la condición climática del sitio de emplazamiento. A partir de cálculos computacionales y ecuaciones simplificadas, se definió el comportamiento térmico de los prototipos presentados por el IPVyDU, evaluándose además, con métodos gráficos, sus condiciones de asoleamiento y ventilación natural. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se plantearon y evaluaron, alternativas superadoras para el diseño. Los resultados alcanzados permitieron cuantificar la incidencia sobre el comportamiento energético final del edificio de diferentes variables de diseño y también transferir al IPVyDU, pautas y recomendaciones para el diseño bioclimático.We present a comparative analysis of energy-environmental behavior of social housing prototypes developed by the Provincial Institute of Housing and Urban Development (IPVyDU) for the province of Tucuman. The work set in an agreement signed with the said agency, is to the definition of prototypical models of houses to suit the climatic condition of the proposed site. From computations and simplified equations, we defined the thermal behavior of the prototypes presented by IPVyDU, also were tested with graphical methods, conditions of sunlight and natural ventilation. From the results, were raised and assessed, excelling design alternatives.
