En el siguiente trabajo se realizó la elaboración de un plan estratégico para el grupo Bureau Veritas. Es importante mencionar que este trabajo estuvo conformado por los conocimientos que obtuve en toda mi carrera de Administración. El desarrollo del trabajo se divide en dos etapas. En la primera etapa se realizó análisis del macroentorno y microentorno, este análisis permitió conocer las oportunidades y amenazas que presenta la industria en Perú y las fortalezas y debilidades del grupo Bureau Veritas frente a sus competidores. Contando con todos los factores se elaboraron análisis a través de diferentes herramientas de la administración. Y en la segunda etapa se realizó la formulación, implementación de la estrategia planteada a través de un plan estratégico, para ello se necesitó rediseñar la visión de la empresa a fin de incluir nuevos segmentos de mercado. Y finalmente de consideraron desarrollar indicadores a fin de tener un control estratégico de nivel integral.In the following work, the elaboration of a strategic plan for the Bureau Veritas group was carried out. It is important to mention that this work was made up of the knowledge I obtained throughout my Administration career. The development of the work is divided into two stages. In the first stage, an analysis of the macroenvironment and microenvironment was carried out, this analysis allowed knowing the opportunities and threats presented by the industry in Peru and the strengths and weaknesses of the Bureau Veritas group compared to its competitors.
