Con financiamiento de un proyecto Euroclima+ se realizó una auditoría en invierno y verano de un edificio de alto impacto social en un área vulnerable del AMBA. El edificio de 336 m2 es parte de una red de centros de infancia construidos en los últimos años en varios municipios. Se instaló instrumental para el monitoreo del comportamiento higrotérmico en el interior y una estación meteorológica en el exterior, se realizaron encuestas de percepción ambiental a empleados, se registraron consumos de energía junto al relevamiento del equipamiento y materialización de su envolvente, se analizaron los consumos históricos y termografías. Esto con el objetivo de obtener un conocimiento cabal de su comportamiento para proponer medidas posibles de rehabilitación a fin de mejorar su eficiencia energética. Se exponen resultados, junto a recomendaciones de intervención para su sustentabilización.With funding from a Euroclima+ project, an audit was carried out in winter and summer of a building with a high social impact in a vulnerable area of the AMBA. The 336 m2 building is part of a network of children's centres built in recent years in several municipalities. Instruments were installed for the monitoring of hygrothermal behavior inside and a weather station outside, environmental perception surveys were carried out to employees, energy consumption was recorded along with the survey of the equipment and materialization of its envelope, historical consumption and thermography were analyzed. This with the aim of obtaining a thorough knowledge of their behavior to propose possible rehabilitation measures in order to improve their energy efficiency.
