PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH
BUAH PEPAYA CALIFORNIA (Carica papaya L.)
DAN KULIT BAWANG MERAH (Allium
ascolonicum L.) PADA TANAMAN SELADA
(Lactuca sativa Var. Grand rapids)
membantu proses pertumbuhan tanama. Tujuan penelitian
untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan konsentrasi paling optimal
pemberian pupuk organik cair buah pepaya california (Carica
papaya L.) dan kulit bawang merah (Allium ascolonicum L.)
terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa Var.
Grand rapids.). Peneliti ini menggunakan 6 perlakuan,
perlakuan KN (kontrol negatif 100% air sumur), KP (kontrol
positif pupuk NPK), P1 (70% poc limbah +30% air sumur), P2
(60% poc limbah + 40% air sumur), P3 (50% poc limbah +
50% air sumur), dan P4 (40% poc limbah + 60% air sumur).
Parameter yang diamati meliputi; tinggi tanaman, lebar
daun, jumlah daun, panjang daun, panjang akar, berat basah
tanaman, berat kering tanaman, berat basah akar berat kering
akar. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak
kelompok (RAK). Data dianalisis dengan uji prasyarat analisis
terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, uji ANOVA
(analisis of varian) dan terakhir uji BNT/LSD. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata pada setiap pertumbuhan
tanaman selada. Konsentrasi optimal pemberian POC terletak
pada perlakuan P3 (50%).

ABSTRACT
One of the POCs with a high organic value and a concentration
of macro- and micronutrients with the ability to enhance soil
structure and facilitate plant growth is a liquid organic fertilizer
made from shallot peel and papaya fruit waste California. The
goal of the study was to ascertain the impact and ideal
concentration of papaya california (Carica papaya L.) and
shallot peel (Allium ascolonicum L.) liquid organic fertilizer on
the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa Var. Grand rapids.). This
study employed six different treatments: KN (negative control,
100% well water), KP (positive control, NPK fertilizer), P1 (70
percent poc waste plus 30 percent well water), P2 (60 percent
poc waste plus 40 percent well water), and P3 (50 percent
waste poc plus 50 percent well water) and P4 (40 percent poc
waste plus 60 percent well water).
The following parameters were measured: plant height, leaf
breadth, number of leaves, leaf length, root length, plant wet
weight, dry weight, and root wet weight. A randomized block
design was adopted in the investigation (RAK). The data were
examined using the analytical precondition test, which included
the homogeneity and normality tests, the analysis of variance
test (ANOVA), and ultimately the BNT/LSD test. The
outcomes demonstrated that each lettuce plant's growth was
significantly impacted. The P3 treatment contains 50% of the
recommended POC.
