Las páginas que componen este articulo, están dirigirlas ca dar conocer de manera
resumida aquellos aspectos sustantivos que conforman la propuesta del
nuevo título de Grado en Ciencias Laborales y Recursos Humanos realizada
con motivo del proyecto ANECA. Es pues una síntesis del trabajo realizado por
las diferentes Universidades participantes en él, dirigido a la elaboración de
un Título único de Grado resultante de la integración de las actuales Diplomatura
en Relaciones Laborales y Licenciatura en Ciencias del Trabajo, adaptado
al nuevo Espacio Europeo de Enseñanza Superior.
Estos aspectos sustantivos del nuevo título de grado conciernen a tres dimensiones
secuenciadas e interrelacionadas entre sí: 1) la delimitación de los perfiles
profesionales para los que debe capacitar y habilitar, 2) el establecimiento
de las competencias formativas y profesionales necesarias para un adecuado
ejercicio profesional 3) la concreción material del nuevo curricula formativo
(objetivos, estructura y contenidos) del grado._________________________________The following pages are intended to summarize those substantial aspects that
are required for the making of the proposal of the new title of Labour Sciences
and Human Resources in relation to the ANEGA project. This is a synthesis of
the work made by the different participant Universities sharing the idea. The
final result should be a new unique Degree as a result of the altogether different
degrees in Labour Relations and Labour Sciences in order to conform to
the new European standard.
Those substantial aspects referred to the new Degree are about three different
dimensions interrelated. 1) the drawing up of the right human and professional
profiles 2) the resulting formative and professional competences necessary
for an efficient professional qualification 3) the material shaping of the new
formative curriculum (objectives, structure and contents) of this new Degree
