Bu iki kavram Hegel'in Tarih Felsefesi'nin merkezi kavramlarındandır. Bu iki kavramı ele alırken hem tarihsel hem de pratik örnekleri dikkate aldım. Bu yaklaĢımın, Hegel'in yaklaĢımını mümkün olduğunca orijinal/özgün olarak sunmanın en iyi yollarından biri olduğunu ortaya koydum.ABSTRACTIn this thesis I focus on the concepts of freedom (Freiheit) and progress (Progress/Fortschritt) in Hegel‟s Philosopy of History. This two concepts are central concepts in Hegel's Philosophy of History. I took into account both historical context and practical examples when I dealt with these two conceps. I suggested that this approach is one of the best ways to present Hegel‟s approach as original as possible
